I charge a sliding scale fee reflecting the size and age of the property e.g.
- A three bedroom 1890s property - £440.00
- A three bedroom 1950s property - £380.00
Home Condition Report (HCR) only
- A three bedroom 1890s property - £375.00
- A three bedroom 1950s property - £315.00
Timescales
From point of survey to uploading a report onto the Landmark website https://www.hcrregister.com/Welcome will be completed within 48 hours for an EPC and 72 Hours for an HCR.
