Where to Access Your EPC and HCR once completed by the Home Inspector

Once a report is created a unique reference number is generated which I will pass on to the person that commissioned the report.

To access the report:

Go to https://www.hcrregister.com/Welcome and on the left hand side in the green box select report retrieval which will bring you to a page where the Report Reference Number can be entered. Press search.

You may save and print a copy of a Home Condition Report or Energy Performance Certificate you obtain from this register as long as you do so for your own purposes.
