practice and provides a service to all parties involved in the domestic
property market. These services are not exclusive to vendors and
their agents, buyers may also wish to have a Home Condition Report
(HCR) on a property where the vendor has not requested one.

I trained with the Building Research Establishment (BRE) http://www.bre.co.uk/ at Watford in conjunction with the University of the West of England (UWE) http://www.uwe.ac.uk/ to become a Home Inspector enabling me to conduct both EPCs and HCRs. Previously employed as Group Industrial Designer of a major healthcare group, I had many years experience surveying hospitals and equipment and interviewing patients and staff.
